Laura transitioned into her career in real estate several years in the hospitality and tourism industry, where she developed administrative, organisational, and interpersonal skills. In this environment, she worked collaboratively across diverse teams and played a key role in supporting the supervision of a reservations sales team. Through this industry experience, Laura gained a deep appreciation for the importance of building trust, fostering positive relationships, and delivering high-quality service outcomes. Motivated by a genuine desire to help people achieve the best possible outcomes, Laura pursued a role in property management where she could support both property owners and tenants in a meaningful and professional capacity.
Laura is currently studying towards her Property Representative Licence with the aim to achieve her Certificate IV in Property Services. In her role as a Portfolio Assistant, she is committed to applying her skills and knowledge to ensure landlords and tenants are supported with professionalism, care, and a focus on achieving positive outcomes for all parties.
Outside of her professional work, Laura enjoys spending weekends away from Hobart with her partner’s family at their shack, as well as camping and making the most of Tasmania’s vibrant festivals and live music scene.
