Only 15-20 minutes away from the centre of Hobart, the Kingborough municipality has one of the longest stretches of picturesque coastline in Tasmania and is the perfect area to explore many beautiful beaches and bushland, including the spectacular Bruny Island.
With the easily accessible Kingston and Blackmans Bay beaches, the large Channel Court shopping complex and several large new subdivision developments, Kingborough is a fast growing residential area, with many new sports and education facilities being developed to cater for this growth.
