Dodges Ferry is a small town with a population of about 3 thousand people. Situated on the eastern entrance to Pittwater in South Eastern Tasmania, Dodges Ferry is named after Ralph Dodge (1791-1871) who operated a ferry service across Pittwater from the 1820s.
