Paul & Jessica Burton | "We felt very comfortable working with Sam right from the start. He was affable and friendly towards us, enthusiastic about our property and made us feel that our needs as vendors were paramount. Although our primary relationship was with Sam, we felt that the experience of all the agents at Petrusma Property was always at our disposal. Sam was very good at keeping us informed during each stage of the process and made sure to answer any questions we had as they came up. He kept in daily contact with us and returned our phone calls quickly. In the end, it is the quick (and relatively painless) sale of our property for a price that was well in excess of our expectations which compels us to strongly recommend Sam."

Georgina | "I found Sam to be incredibly helpful. He was genuinely interested in finding a property for me. He did some research based on what I was looking for and we then drove around the streets of Sandy Bay together looking at houses we'd identified as possibilities. He contacted the owners of some of the properties I was interested in and I understand that he has subsequently sold one of these houses. In the meantime, another Petrusma Property agent listed a great house in Sandy Bay. Sam showed me the house on the day of listing and I bought it that night! Sam is very personable and proactive and I couldn't recommend him more highly to a potential purchaser or vendor."

Ingo and Tanya Schneider | "My name is Tanya Schneider. My husband and I had a property to sell in Hobart and being from Launceston we had no idea where to start in finding a good agent. A friend recommended your agency and Sam Towns. What we found was not a good agent but a great one. We are extremely appreciative of the efforts of Sam in selling our property. He demonstrated a genuine commitment and always had a positive attitude. The presentation photo's and marketing strategies were excellent. Sam updated us on a regular basis and was always patient with my myriad of questions. In securing two offers on my property Sam went above and beyond the call of duty in keeping us up to date with everything. His honesty and enthusiasm are rare qualities and we are very grateful for his involvement. He is a credit to your agency. I certainly have done and will in the future recommend your agency and Sam Towns to anyone needing your services. Thank you."
