Huonville is the largest town in the Huon Valley region of Southern Tasmania. Straddling the Huon River, this town although small is recognized as the major commercial centre of the Huon Valley. It is here that more than half of Tasmania's apples are grown and is where timber and hop industry production is located.
With a breathtaking backdrop, Huonville can be discovered by car, foot, boat, horseback or even jet boat and is approximately 38 kilometers south west of Hobart.
